The S-type grate cooler is completely different from similar fourth generation grate coolers in terms of pushing material, and the unique running trajectory of clinker has a homogenizing effect, which strengthens the cooling effect and further improves the heat exchange efficiency. The equipment adopts completely modular design, there is no movement mechanism connected between modules, each standard module is composed of grate bed frame, low resistance non-leakage fixed grate plate, swing-sweep conveying device (Patent No. ZL200820115279.8), flow automatic regulator (Patent No. ZL200820176603.7) and driving device, and the grate bed adopts air chamber for air supply.
